Tab clutter, finding how to bookmark, do not want to download but want to save, poor vocab, note making, how to take screen shot, wanting to save the tabs in a jiffy. Don’t we all struggle with this in our everyday life? Whenever I see loads of tabs on my screen it just gives me anxiety and I know I am not alone. Remember how your parents just barge into the room asking you to shut down your laptop and don’t even get time to figure out how to save your tabs? Or when you just spotted an amazing article and want to screenshot, or when your poor vocab does not help you whenever you read a book? Or, or, or when you can’t save some doc even though its imp just because you are using your parents computer?

These extensions are super useful for students, research for buddies, people with a lot of tabs, makeup and fashion lovers, book lovers etc. Plus all these extensions are free.

Recently I introduced myself to the world of chrome extensions. And believe me its super easy and convenient. Before installing these extensions I did a lot of research and finally I got some extensions which I use like everyday. I know finding something which is trusted by a lot of people + free is super difficult so I decided to write a post about this with the links.

One Tab

This is certainly on the top of my list. I use this every single day. It is very useful if you are a student or someone whose work involves a lot of research or someone who opens tons of tabs at a time. I know how you guys hate it when you need to follow multiple steps in order to save your tabs, well me too! This extension offers you one click convenience. Just a click and it converts all your tabs into a list.

Google Dictionary

Where are all my books lovers at? Recently I have been reading a lot of books and I found that my vocab is bad… This helps me a lot. Just select the word and the meaning appears above the word in a pop-up bubble. You can also store the words you have looked for to practice them later.

Fire Shot

It helps you take web page screenshots and save them to PDF/JPEG/GIF/PNG or send to OneNote . It helps me a lot in saving assignments and worksheets which are not in pdf form due to which I can’t download them. So it works like a pdf converter. It also works offline. You can either capture the full web page or select the content you desire to capture.

Pocket

When you find something you want to view later, put it in Pocket. Honestly I have not got the opportunity to use it yet so I listed it on the bottom of my list, but I bet it is super useful for others. If you like some article, web page, recipe or video then just click and then it goes to the user’s pocket list. And the best part is it also runs offline.
